Tomoku recognizes that creating value with its diverse stakeholders, including employees, business partners, customers, creditors, and local communities, is essential to corporate management. Accordingly, we are committed to working collaboratively with our stakeholders. We believe that appropriately sharing the profits and the value created through collaborative value creation and improved productivity among our stakeholders contributes to the sustainable development of both the economy and the Company. With this in mind, we will promote the following initiatives, recognizing the importance of returning value to employees and giving appropriate consideration to our business partners.
1. Returning Value to Employees
Guided by our philosophy of “Caring for the environment and society, supporting business and everyday life through packaging, and delivering products safely,” we strive to achieve sustainable growth, improve productivity, and maximize added value through continuous innovation in “packaging” that protects the quality of our customers’ products, delivers value to consumers, supports everyday life and ensures safe delivery. Based on the profits and value generated through these efforts, we will increase wages using appropriate means that reflect the Company’s circumstances. In addition, we aim to provide sustainable returns to employees by improving overall compensation, particularly through investment in education and training to enhance employee engagement and further improve productivity.
(Specific initiatives)
Specifically, we work to provide continuous and stable base pay increases and maintain bonus levels that reflect business performance. We also make continuous efforts to enhance our education and training programs to support employees’ ongoing growth and skill development, while promoting career development, health and productivity management, and work-life balance.
2. Consideration for Business Partners
Tomoku remains committed to complying with the Declaration of Partnership Building.
If the Declaration of Partnership Building is no longer published on the official portal website, we will voluntarily withdraw this Multi-Stakeholder Policy.
We also work to build appropriate business relationships with tax-exempt businesses, considering the government’s published guidance on the Qualified Invoice System for tax-exempt businesses and their business partners.
3. Other Stakeholder Initiatives
Tomoku is committed to meeting stakeholders’ expectations while recognizing social issues and contributing to the realization of a sustainable society and the protection of the global environment through its business activities. We will steadily advance these initiatives while regularly reviewing our progress.
