Building Communities in Harmony with the Environment

With a business philosophy of building homes that retain their value as assets, Sweden House plans not only individual homes but also communities that exist in harmony with nature. Based on this philosophy, it developed Sweden Hills in Tobetsu, Ishikari District, Hokkaido. Development of Sweden Hills began 35 years ago, and today approximately 450 Sweden House homes stand in a lush residential environment modeled on Nordic community design.
